PRIVACY POLICY & DATA GOVERNANCE

1. Operational Scope & Acceptance

This Privacy Policy outlines the stringent data governance protocols utilized by Kohza Digital Enforcement ("the Bureau", "we", "us") in the execution of intellectual property protection and DMCA takedown services. By initiating a case, submitting evidence, or utilizing our infrastructure, you expressly consent to the collection and handling of your data as described in this dossier.

2. Categories of Collected Intelligence

To execute takedowns effectively, we must collect specific classifications of data:

  • Client Identity Data: Legal names, aliases, corporate entities, contact emails, and physical addresses required to authorize DMCA claims under perjury laws.
  • Evidentiary Data: Original content files, timestamps, copyright registration numbers, and comparative materials used to establish undisputed ownership.
  • Infringement Data: Target URLs, violator IP addresses, hosting provider intelligence, and scraped metadata related to unauthorized distribution.
  • Telemetry & Session Data: IP addresses, browser types, and timestamp logs automatically collected when navigating our digital infrastructure to ensure operational security.

3. Utilization of Collected Intelligence

We maintain a strict operational-only use policy. Your data is leveraged explicitly for the following tactical objectives:

  • Drafting, signing, and executing legally binding DMCA takedown notices on your behalf.
  • Communicating with hosting providers, registrars, search engines, and social media platforms to compel content removal.
  • Verifying your identity to prevent fraudulent takedown requests.
  • Providing status reports and billing operations regarding your active cases.

Your data is strictly classified. It will never be sold to data brokers, leveraged for targeted advertising, or distributed outside of the necessary chain of enforcement.

4. Data Disclosure & Third-Party Interaction

Due to the legal nature of copyright enforcement, elements of your information must be disclosed to third parties during an active operation. When submitting a DMCA notice, your authorized name and contact email may be forwarded to the hosting provider and, subsequently, to the infringing party. We utilize specific proxy-contact methods where legally permissible to mask your direct identity, though complete anonymity cannot be guaranteed under federal DMCA statutes. We will also surrender data to active law enforcement agencies if compelled by a valid subpoena or court order.

5. Security Architecture

We treat client case files with military-grade digital security protocols. All evidence, personal identifiers, and internal communications are transmitted via TLS 1.3 encryption and stored in AES-256 encrypted databases at rest. Access to case files is heavily compartmented and restricted strictly to active case agents and legal personnel.

6. Data Retention & Expungement

Operational records are maintained for the duration of your active retainer plus a statutory period of 5 years to defend against potential counter-notices or legal disputes. However, you maintain the right to request the complete expungement of your non-essential file contents at any time. Upon receiving a verified destruction request, all evidentiary and identity data not legally mandated for retention will be permanently overwritten.

7. International Jurisdictions (GDPR & CCPA)

Our operations are global. For subjects within the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or California, you maintain specific rights including the Right to Access, Right to Rectification, Right to Erasure, and the Right to Restrict Processing. To exercise these rights, initiate contact with our compliance officers.

8. Direct Contact

For inquiries regarding data privacy, to request your records, or to initiate a data destruction protocol, route your communications to our compliance department at [email protected].
