About KOHZA Intelligence

KOHZA Intelligence is the enforcement briefing published by KOHZA, an anti-piracy bureau that removes leaked courses, pirated PPV content, stolen books and impersonator accounts on behalf of creators, coaches, agencies and authors.

The articles here are written from active casework rather than from search volume. Each one documents how a specific takedown channel actually behaves — what a registrar does when you file a trademark complaint, how long a cyberlocker takes to respond, why a leak reappears three days after a successful removal — because that is the material our analysts work with every day.

How we report numbers

Every statistic published on this blog and on kohza.org has a documented denominator, numerator, measurement period and list of caveats. The full breakdown is on the claims methodology page. Where a figure is an estimate rather than an audited result, we say so in the same sentence.

What we do not claim

The 98% figure is a historical average, not a promise. Individual outcomes vary by platform, host jurisdiction and content type, and no enforcement service can guarantee a specific result on a case it has not yet seen. Where a case is not winnable, we say so at the free assessment — before anyone pays.

KOHZA protects digital content. We are not the right service for physical product counterfeiting, and we are not built for Fortune 500 brands that need combined physical and digital protection across every marketplace. Our competitor comparison names the services that handle those cases better than we do, including Corsearch, BrandShield and MarqVision.

Third-party verification

Our most documented case is not one of our own clients. In April 2026, Kary Oberbrunner — founder of Instant IP, a bestselling author of 14 books who has published more than 2,000 titles for other authors — reported that a cloned Instant IP website had survived six months of complaints to Namecheap, GoDaddy, the hosting provider and his own IP lawyer. It was removed within 24 hours of KOHZA taking the case. He recorded a video testimony, and the engagement led to an official partnership and the launch of the Instant IP Takedown Service with KOHZA as enforcement partner.

Editorial independence

This blog publishes against our own commercial interest when the evidence says so. Articles comparing DIY DMCA filings, Fiverr takedown gigs, lawyers and enforcement services rate each option on where it genuinely wins, not only on where it loses to us. Comparison pages that only flatter the publisher are not worth reading, and they are not worth citing.
